Our Top 5 Fall Tea Recipes
It's that time of year again. Leaves falling, hot chocolate and cuddles calling our name. But, with the changing seasons also comes the sniffles and the occasional cold. But hey, you're not alone. And we've got you all set with our top 5 teas to keep you healthy and warm throughout this challenging season.
Recipe 1: The Floral Blend
This recipe comes to us courtesy of Influencer & Nutritionist Natalie Golba.
Steep lavender, bergamot, camomile, and calendula flowers in boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain & add honey to taste.
Recipe 2: The Immunity Booster
Add orange juice, three garlic cloves* and honey to a pot. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, strain and enjoy.
*The garlic can be exchanged for ginger depending on your preference.
Recipe 3: Sleepy Time
Combine chamomile, spearmint and lemongrass in a pot of boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes, then strain. Add honey to taste.
Recipe 4: Vanilla mint tea
(Our favourite everyday blend)
Steep some fresh mint in boiling water for 5 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup and sugar to taste.
Recipe 5: Heartwarming Hot Chocolate
Combine 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder with some cinnamon & nutmeg to taste. Add a teaspoon of vanilla & some sugar to complete this calming blend.
